I think your site looks great! Nice design and easy to navigate.

The code looks good as well. There are quite a few errors when you try to validate (http://validator.w3.org) but primarily because you need to use "&" in URLs instead of "&" in you code.

Wow, that's one of the best classified ads sites I've seen. Are you using a theme, template or script? I take it that whatever theme it is you have modified it to make it better. Please give us more info as I would like to create a site like that.
